Painted Kitchen Accent Table with Wood Icing
by

Add texture and character to any old piece of furniture with Wood Icing, a textura paste faux finish.
To create the effect, cover your furniture with the Wood Icing textura paste and an off set knife. Use a spray bottle filled with water to wet down your texture (in my case cheap shelf liner paper). Press the shelf liner into the Wood Icing, smooth over with a plastic spreader, peel back the shelf liner and see the textured finish!
Once the Wood Icing faux finish had dried, I painted the accent table with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint.
