Faidre, since you are into herbs, I have pineapple sage and chocolate mint just so I can enjoy the aroma. How can I use them in simple recipes? Will the chocolate mint flavor hot chocolate?

Flowerscapes, Yes, it will for the chocolate. I use the pineapple sage on chix and fruit salad, also good in a Hawaiian salsa. Use as tea or you can sorbets or great martinis w/it

I have chocolate mint and love it. But to my taste buds the Pineapple mint smells and tastes like I think jet fuel would taste. I don't care for it. Now apple mint is GREAT.
