Halloween Party Table

I love Halloween! I wanted to create a really fun and interesting table this year. Hope you enjoy!

I painted the candelabras black with spray paint.

I purchased this plastic pumpkin from Hobby Lobby. It looked so fake. SO, I antiqued it with antiquing gel. Much better!!

I am a little nuts about Halloween, and doing a photo shoot near a graveyard may be strange to some, but this project was a blast!

Love the tablescape, but am very uncomfortable with the concept of using the graves of other people's loved ones as a prop. Is that just me? We were reared in the south, and taught to always treat cemeteries and graves with great respect. Don't get me wrong, I love Halloween as a fun and creative holiday, but if any of my ancestors' graves were used as prop in a Halloween shoot, I would not be a happy camper. What about the feelings of parents of a lost child that might recognize such a ...»
backdrop, or sons and daughters of the people buried there? I know if the graves of my own beloved mother or grandparents were used in this way... well, words just fail. Anyone else feel this way?
