Funnygirl on Nov 08, 2014I would use a brush, tape off the windows with painters tape.I would use an enamel paint if possible,it would be the most resistant to moisture and easiest to keep clean. This type of paint is usually used on trim work.Remove the tape before the paint gets too dry .Helpful Reply

Elena on Oct 08, 2015My parents used to have wooden french doors on the back of the house and living in a climate with extreme temperatures in the winter and summer made it difficult to maintain those doors in good shape. They cleaned them with brushes, stained them and painted with weather resistant paint in two layers. If you need some extra tips on maintenance: http://www.storeboard.com/blogs/help-for-homeowners/how-to-care-and-maintain-your-exterior-french-doors/540242Helpful Reply
