Vintage Coffee Pot Wind Chimes
by

A while ago I bought this $1 coffee pot and I knew I wanted to somehow use it for a wind chimes project. I love its vintage patina. First, I thought I would hang small cutlery from the bottom, but I've seen that done before. I wanted to come up with something new. New to me at least.
Enjoyed the project?

Stacey Beck on Jul 07, 2014I have actually seen another post about wind chimes like these and I thought they were so cute. I love the idea of recycling as well. I bet it's so fun to hear them in the wind. http://www.esimplyu.com/default.asp?dept_id=30090

Did you have to drill a hole in the coffee cup to attach it to the bells? If so, did you use a porcelain bit?
