Old Buffet Updated to Toy Storage
There can never be enough functional storage in our small house - especially now that toys seem to be taking over every free space.
I took an old buffet and converted it into practical and appealing storage space for some of the toys.
Here was the old buffet to start. The doors needed to go.
I gave it a coat of homemade chalk paint in a gray mixed from leftover paint samples. Then, 3 coats of Ironstone on the outside and a layer of hemp oil.
The inside got a coat of Miss Mustard Seed Milk Paint - 3 parts Eulalie's Sky to 1 part Kitchen Scale.
