Thank you....... I started out using the Porcelain Crackle by Valspar with a white Base and Valspar Translucent Mocha Color Glaze but it did not crackle evenly so after trying several times.......I decided to go over the areas I was not to thrilled with a sponging technique but using a cheese cloth. Once that was dry I used many many coats of polyurethane especially since is was going into the bathroom. It has been in there 11 months with everyday use and it has held up very well. ...»
Thanks so much for all the compliments....I was pretty proud with it being my first piece. Soon I will have my garage back and I am planning on setting up a work shop just for fun because of have ton of furniture pieces that I have collected, habitat, side of the road, garage sale and auctions that I want to work on and then maybe sell or maybe just keep to interchange in the house LOL.

You did a great job, Mildred! I use a Valspar glaze on most of my projects, not sure if it's mocha, but I love it. Can't wait to see what you tackle next! :)
