Glass for pie safe

I have an old pie safe that had the mesh from the door panels removed. I am really wanting some kind of ribbed or textured glass/plastic to put in the panels but I am not sure where I can get this. We don't have a local "glass shop". Any ideas, maybe a chain store or online?

I agree. The local glass shop should have some, or they can direct you to a glass shop with fancy pieces.

I noted that you mentioned that you don't have a local glass shop. I would look online. if you vary the way you word what you are looking for you are sure to find something that will work for you.

The local hardware stores should have the glass you are looking for or at least know where you can get it.

This is a really lovely piece. I agree with Sherry - a hardware store should have glass or know where you can get it - or order it in for you.

Go to Lowes or Home depot to their kitchen design department, they can order it from Kraft Maid, but be prepared to pay pay pay for it. If it were me, I would use plain glass, and then staple-gun wire behind it to make it look like the wire was in the glass, and save a ton of money.
