Donna Byram on Nov 17, 2014A picture would really help .If you can, divide the room up with a free standing room divider or even use the books cases. If not I would try and use a corner or one side of the room for your sewing center. But like I stated a picture would really help us help you.Helpful Reply

Wanda.ll on Nov 17, 2014Why not make bookshelves that cover the closet doors. Kind of like they do hidden rooms. The shelves could slide in front of each other or from side to side. Then both sides of room would look alike. Make a cover for you dining room table so it can do double duty when not in use. I put my stuff inside closet myself.Helpful Reply

Loretta Clark on Nov 17, 2014Is there anyway your dining table can serve as the large lay out table? Maybe with a customized felt & vinyl cover for it? Wanda's ideas for the shelves sound good. Can the sewing machines roll into the closet, or will they need to stay out? Perhaps a nice screen (3 or 4 piece) could hide them. Do you use your dining room often? Could it be relocated? Just throwing out ideas, hope it all works in your favor.Helpful Reply
