Book Gift Tags

10 Minutes
Easy
Almost always when I'm at work I loose all sense of time and space, especially when I am also listening to an audio book. It may happen that I look up at some point and six hours have passed. Yesterday this happened again. Only that this time I made these romantic gift tags which are done in a few minutes. As a result, I now have about 160 book gift tags, a new story my friends can tease me with and of course for you a new tutorial.
Finished gift tags.
Tools and materials: Punch, scissors, a gift tag as template, glue, pencil, yarn ...
... thick paper and old book pages.
First I glued old book pages both on the front and on the back of the thick paper. After I used a store-bought gift tag as a template to trace the outline, I only had to cut them out and punch a hole for the yarn.
For the thread I just used white sewing thread and after only ten minutes my new gift tags were done!
