Wine corks an candles
I gotten these two handmade Hurricane vase from my grandmother an wanted to use them for more than flowers.
I had some wine corks an candles laying around. I put the corks in the bottom an added a small glass dish to hold a candle.
They now set on my fireplace mantle .

Looks great but I would be concerned about a fire hazard. Perhaps marbles would be safer.

You could also use flameless candles.
