With Thanksgiving only a few days away it’s still not to late to create this Fall wreath to welcome your guests. Or, if you are not hosting Thanksgiving this year, how about giving one as a hostess gift? Seriously, once I gathered my supplies it took me less than 15 minutes to complete this wreath.
DIY Fall Wreath with Hydrangea and Cork

Hydrangeas… I used some from my yard, but you could use silks

Round cork pieces

First you will want to find placement around your grapevine wreath for your first layer of round corks and hot glue in place.Next you will place two more round cork pieces on each side the the first round cork piece and hot glue in place

Many of you may already know this: if you do, you will agree this is the easiest way to cutting a perfect round circle: when you are attaching it to a round piece. Those of you that don’t know, here is a little tip for you.

No tracing and then cutting it out!!!! Glue your round cork piece onto the opposite side of your ribbon, flip it over using your cork as a cutting guide, cut along and around your cork piece. Done perfect fit and so much easier… Don’t you agree
Once you are done covering your pieces, place and hot glue them in between the two round corks. Now that all your cork pieces and ribbon is done, add your hydrangeas and glue in to place.
