Bathtub problem

We had some repair work done on our guest bathroom's tub because it was beginning to crack. The tub has now been repaired but now the whole bottom of the tub is yellow looking instead of the original white color. We've tried ordering extra long bathmat but haven't found one that is long enough (28" x18") to cover the whole tub. Does anyone know of a quick, inexpensive fix for this problem?

I think I'd call the people that did the work.

Thanks for the answers, but I'm still hoping for more ideas. We purchased a DIY fiberglass repair kit.

Go back to place were you purchased the kit and see if there is a paint for fiberglass and redo the bottom. I have seen bathtubs re purposed and are beautiful but inside and out had to be painted. Maybe even get a different color paint that will coordinate with the design of the room. Good luck

Did you try beach? One cup and fill tub up with hot water and let sit for an hour then drain. If still yellow try baking soda and lemon. Sprinkle baking soda all over stain, then pour lemon juice all over baking soda, let sit for an hour. Oh, there will be a reaction when you pour the lemon juice on, don't worry....that will take out any stain. GOOD LUCK.

Rustoleum has a product that is a DIY kit that you paint on. It gets great reviews.
