Our $2500 DIY Kitchen Makeover!

When we moved into our house 18 months ago - this was the kitchen. Dated, clouds on the ceiling, terrible lighting and many more oddities that made the space just not fun to be in.
It took us six months of on and off work to transform the space to what it is now!
Even with new counters that are 3' longer than the old counters, we managed to keep our budget for this makeover around $2500 by doing most of the work ourselves.
We were able to almost double the storage capacity of the kitchen as well with some awesome DIY tricks like a rolling pantry, custom basket shelf and simple bracket shelves where cabinets once hung.
