Island Dream Dresser

A customer asked me to patin this dresser she had found in the trash. It had been re-done pretty poorly before. Heavy white paint, bad brush used which caused deep brush strokes and worse hardware but it was very sturdy so I was glad this wasn't taken to the landfill!
After some heavy duty filler, sanding, and painting, this little dresser turned into a beauty.
The color is Island Dream by Behr and I used a walnut stain over the paint to give it some depth.
After.
The mercury glass knobs give it some dash.
The color not he left is the original paint color and the right is with stain. Subtle but gives the paint depth that distressing alone does not give.
