I've done several with tin and you need to build a frame first. I used treated lumber. I did one with vinyl, which was a kit. It got brittle after a few years and my string trimmer cut it. It was also very expensive compared to the tin. Did one in salvaged tin roofing, cost nothing but labor. Difficulty with the job depends on how adept you are and what kind of skirting you plan on using.
