Potato Stamp Wrapping Paper

Crafting hand-stamped wrapping papers is the perfect way to add a personal touch to the holiday season. And best of all, it's an easy project that can be done at the spur of the moment.
All you need is a potato, some acrylic paint, and a roll of plain wrapping paper. Just carve out your stamp (simpler designs are usually better), apply your paint, then stamp away!

Anna Ibarra on Dec 12, 2014Wasn't potato stamp the start of rubber stamps? I love this, and I never got into rubber stamps, so I will do the potato stamp as I can just toss it after I am done.
