Nautical Bathroom Makeover

After months of work the bathroom is done!
I wanted it to look and feel nautical but not be a literal translation
The frame on the mirror is from Mirror Mate
The gorgeous vanity light is from Shades of Light
All the shelf decor is from Gordman's
I built these chunky shelves using 1x4s, 1x10s, and stained them with my favorite Minwax Dark Walnut. You can see the full tutorial here: http://www.carissamiss.com/2014/07/diy-chunky-bathroom-shelves.html
The shower curtain is from Ikea with some fabric added to make them extra long and add some more navy.
The wall is Country Chic Paint in Midnight Sky rolled on with Home Right EZ Twist. Seriously, that tool is amazing! It only took me 2 coats and 30 minutes to finish the wall.
I also have to have board and batten in all my rooms and the bathroom is no exception. I used my Ryobi AirStrike 18ga Nailer to put the 1x4 and 1x3's up very quickly. These hooks are from Home Depot. Here's the link to the post on my blog:
Here's a snapshot of what it looked like before!
