Reverse Dipped MCM Dresser With Angled Sides

A popular look for furniture has been the "dipped" look. Usually you see gold on the bottom of a piece, or sometimes the legs dipped in a fun color. I decided to do my own take on that look, and so I created this reverse dipped dresser. Walnut on the bottom, glossy white on the top.
The dresser was pretty worn to begin with. There was some veneer missing that got fixed with wood filler, and the marks on the top also got covered.
If you want to know how I refinished the bottom portion of the wood WITHOUT stripping it, visit the original blog post (found at the end of this post).
My favorite part, the angled sides! I think this adds so much uniqueness to the piece, and it makes the side view awesome!
