How do I make doors for these cabinets

Sharonnie on Dec 08, 2014Have you thought about a nice, lined fabric? Maybe similar to window treatment, pillows, or whatever might be near the furniture when you are finished with the project? Can't wait to see how they come out--and talk about a bargain!!!Helpful Reply

Darla on Dec 08, 2014You can use plywood attached with overlay hinges. If you want to dress it up, use plaster and stencil raised designs or use some decorative molding. If you can find picture frames the right size, you can put plywood, cardboard. wire mesh or fabric in the middle and use them for doors.Helpful Reply

Ber938297 on Dec 10, 2014adding fabric curtains to be just inside the openings would be really nice, go to a quilt store where you will find good quality long lasting fabric and lots of sales...you could match these to your window curtains by keeping in same color family or making all to match.Helpful Reply
