How to create a functional laundry room in less than 35 sq. ft. Oh, and don't forget the wallpaper.

With laundry rooms allocated only 47 sq ft on average, getting all your functional needs in a small space can be a bit of a squeeze, but this layout only needs 35 sq. ft... two extras for me - a chandelier (just because) and wallpaper. I love the idea of wallpaper in this most utilitarian of rooms, why shouldn't it become part of your home's overall design scheme? What would you add?
