I love those Christmas paper rolled trees and wanted to make one. So I did in my rustic style using burlap.
It was super easy too. I wrapped each cardboard roll with different colors and types of burlap. I also using leftover burlap ribbon from other projects.
I "hung" the tree on the wall using painters tape on the small cardboard rolls and those peel and stick tapes on the larger rolls.
A simple to make clothespin star make a perfect Burlap Roll Tree topper!

I collected cardboard rolls of different diameters.
I cut the rolls into various lengths. I frayed the edges of some burlap. Left burlap strings on others.
Some burlap was from another projects and stamped with black stars.
Burlap threads and twine was wrapped around other rolls.
Simple and rustic, shabby and funky burlap roll tree!
