Our Generation X Concept Home premiered at the 2012 International Builders’ Show. This home was especially designed for Gen-X, or those between 34 and 45 years old. This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home features multigenerational living with a functional separate guest suite and an elevator. The focus is an everyday contemporary family living spaces with integrated outdoor living, a family technology room, a kid's hangout area, and a pet suite.
