Our Christmas Porch

Today I'm sharing our front porch all dressed up for Christmas and I am so happy that I shopped my home and Christmas stuff and didn't spend a penny this year. Come on over and take the tour.
I love our front porch to be very festive and on welcoming for our family and friends that come to our door.
I wanted to do something different on our front porch than we had last year without spending any more money. So I took what I had and here’s what I did. I used our planters on our porch and pulled greenery from our trees to give that holiday look. I love fresh poinsettias of course, but in the spirit of not spending I pulled faux ones I had in our Christmas stash.
I grabbed the sled I bought months ago for $4.95 at a thrift store and added some sprigs of greenery, an ornament and a ribbon bow and hung it. I love LOVE love these garden boots I found during summer for $4.95 and they are perfect to welcome the rain we have coming this week too.
This is the JOY Grapvine Wreath I made last year and you can see how here. It cost me $2 for the wreath last year and I added pretty ribbon, white painted and snowy dusted pinecones, little frames I added the letters JOY in and I painted stripes on the wooden clothespins.
On this side is the Be Merry Painted Sign I made for $3 a few weeks ago and knew I would hang it out here and I truly LOVE it. I found the sled also a few months ago thrifting and it was also $4.95 and I added this little tree, pinecones and the faux poinsettias.
This is the 13 year old bistro set I had a painted with Apple Red Spray Paint over the summer and you can see that here. I LOVE this cheery red color and it’s fabulous on our porch. If you look across to the other side I have a white metal bistro set that sits out here all the time and was originally in our small kitchen at a previous home.

Here is how our front porch looks at night. I had to pop out here at night to capture the evening glow.
My husband was a rock star and came out and set up all our outdoor light up décor this weekend.

I hope you enjoyed the outdoor décor and Christmas Porch and if you haven’t yet please take our Holiday Home Tour and see the inside too. I also will be sharing our Christmas Kitchen this week and I have a few other fun things up my sleeve so come on back. Ourdoor
