Tomorrow the backing will be painted and added then it will be ready to be sold. Please give me your feedback...should we make more like this? If not - how would you like to see it modified?
Enjoyed the project?

James W Douglas on Jul 27, 2016Thank you for sharing this outstanding reuse of old doors. Your project has inspired a quantity of options for new projects & I can't wait to get started. A few years ago, I salvaged all of the doors from an old family home that had to be demolished. The grandchildren & great-grandchildren were so saddened with the demolition & I have since wanted to create something for them to treasure made from these doors. Your bench idea is the perfect piece!!!!! It is beautiful!!!!!

Patricia Jay on Nov 02, 2016Try this for your next project; Delute 4 parts Elmers Glue to one part water, Mix well, paint glue to object, when tacky, add your choice of paint, watch the glue pull the paint in different directions making a wonderful antique pattern.
