DIY Gift Tags

Have any old Christmas cards lying around? Here's an easy way to recycle them and save yourself some money on gift tags!
You can use leftover Christmas cards, or even the fronts of cards you have received from others. Then buy some scrapbook paper, or use some leftover sheets too. It's all about being resourceful!
Next, cut out the portion of the card you would like to use as the gift tag. Depending on the card, you might be able to get more than one gift tag out of it...bonus!
Glue the card onto your scrapbook paper to create a sturdy back.
Punch a hole into the tag, and insert a ribbon to attach the tag to your gift bow. Or skip this step and tape the gift tag directly onto your present.
That's it! Such an easy way to make unique gift tags, and save yourself some money.

This is one of those, "Why didn't I think of that?!" ideas. Thank you!
