Advice on using the tub/tile resurfacing kits

Dale on Dec 22, 2014Forgot to mention, we had a 'slipcover' installed over the tub. Can't remember if it was fiberglass or plastic, but it was durable. Also don't recall the price (a decade ago).Helpful Reply

Carolyn on Dec 22, 2014we also found out the cheaper acrylic tubs are not durable so you may as well figure somethings just can't be done cheaply, without regrets; go with a professional I think they give guaranteesHelpful Reply

Maureen Blair on Dec 23, 2014Our bath was painted by the previous owners. It was sonny used by guests to shower but when we rented out our house and the tenants bathed their children each it peeled off within a couple of months. We had to replace the bath in the end.Helpful Reply
