Framed Wedding Ring Holder Tutorial

I don't like to wear my jewelry when I'm working on projects in the house. I was taking off my rings and often forgetting where I left them. I came up with pretty solution. I used leftover applique from my wedding dress as a backing. I think this is my favorite project to date. :)
The holder lives on my bedside table and allows me to ALWAYS find my rings when I take them off....now, let's come up with a solution for the other things I misplace...car keys, cellphones and my scissors. :)
Super easy to do.
Here is the ring holder. I love that I used lace applique from my wedding dress.

This would make a beautiful way to display my grandmother's wedding ring. It was too fragile to wear and she took the diamond out and reset it into another ring. I have her handwritten wedding invitation, and could photocopy it on ivory cardstock to use in the background. Thanks for giving me this idea.
