Thanks for the offer @Susan S! The collector I emailed offered me $35, but I think I am going to just hang on to this gem. Plus, as @Eclectically Vintage suggested, it may not be legal for me to be shipping around the country! :)

@Hamtil Construction LLC - I was looking through my Notifications and it only showed the first few words of your reply to me which said "Thanks for the offer . . " I was like, WHAT????? LOL!! Well, I didn't interpret what Eclectically said as asking if it was legal to ship, but was the actual tube for electrical wiring legal???? That's OK, I understand your wanting to keep it. It is an interesting and unusual artifact!! JUST DON'T DROP IT!!!
