MaryStLouis on Dec 30, 2014If it's a front loader the seal on your door might be to blame. I have the same problem.Helpful Reply

The Garden Frog with C Renee on Dec 30, 2014Need to know more info- as Mary stated could be a seal on front loader or if top loader the pump may be going out. I would first check all hoses because most people do not know this but water hoses are supposed to be replaced every so often. and if it is a front loader, did you know you may have to clean out the pump every month or so? if coins or buttons get in the pump it will cause the pump to leak. been there. so check your manual and start with checking water hoses.Helpful Reply

D Meconi on Dec 30, 2014Have you checked where it attaches to the water lines? It is the most common for them to loosen and the water will run down the line and appear to be coming from the bottom.Helpful Reply

Jamoschini on Dec 31, 2014I would examine the hoses on the back of the washer for connections problems or leaks. Also, check the drains, dispenser drawer and it would also be the kind of detergent you are using. Energy Efficient washers need higher quality detergent to work properly.Helpful Reply

Melisa Paul Howard on Dec 31, 2014We have a front load and mine did that. I had hair in between the rubber seal and the door which was causing it to leak a very small amount. Wiped that off and good as new!Helpful Reply

Jerry Humes on Dec 31, 2014I had the same problem, just a small puddle only after a cycle finished. I lifted the machine just enough to get a paper towel under to locate the drip. It turned out to be a tiny hole in the hose from the pump. I cut off one inch and reinstalled, no leak!Helpful Reply

Marilyn Sargent on Dec 31, 2014I had this problem and it turned out to be the hoses. It was an easy fix, thank goodness! I've also had to replace the little rubber washers inside where it attaches to to water. Little pieces of sand manage to get in them and cause it to leak.Helpful Reply

Pmh1021532 on Jan 01, 2015Front loader has a filter behind the lower front panel. Remove panel (usually a few screws) and there is a cap that looks like a gas cap. Check that. Filter and hose will get clogged.Helpful Reply
