My dining room is a mix of family Antiques and things that I've collected over the years. I painted the walls a rich Chocolate Brown to set off my Gold Pier mirror and the other metallic gold accents in the room. There are lots more photos on my blog. http://www.graphicsfairy-diy.com/2012/04/my-...
I had a bedroom that was rich chocolate brown with orange accents (pillows, throw, and a Rothko print), and I loved how restful it felt. Love your room!
I had cream colored raffia roman blinds, and cream pillows as well. But the orange was great to "pop" the color. Where did you find your gorgeous chandelier?
Valerie, I purchased it online actually, and luckily it ended up being just right for the space! I was going to post the link, but wasn't sure if that's against the rules here or not. Do you know if that's allowed?
Okay, me too! Well, the company is called Wholesale Chandeliers, and they have a website by the same name. Also, I noticed last night that Ballard has them too.
I'm Woodbridge Environmental Tiptophouse.com, a Hometalk Superintendent. I help keep this site organized, helpful and easy to read.
I noticed that your post is Yes you can as long as you tell us about
the project and why you perhaps chose this item. Please do not simply ...»
bash a product if you did not end up liking it, Instead you can provide
some useful information about it and ask if anyone else had the same
experience if they too used the same product. You also cannot post a
product in an effort to sell it without providing some useful
information about the product itself as that is more inline with an
advertizement which has their own rules about posting. The post will
simply be deleted.
Folks here always like to know about products and services that other
home talkers use.
