How To Grow Garlic

Being half Italian, I put garlic or garlic powder in just about everything I cook.
Pasta and pizza sauce, chicken and beef stew, steak, grilled chicken, turkey burgers, and guacamole....yum!
Because I use it every day, I though I'd try growing some. It looks easy enough. http://diydesignfanatic.blogspot.com/2012/10/how-to-grow-garlic.html
Use only large, firm cloves when planting garlic.
Use a dibble to make planting easier.

Hey! I never knew I was prt Italian until i read your post...I too put garlic (has to be fresh) on just about everything I cook! I have grown it before and believe me there is nothing like pulling this out of the ground, washing it and chopping it up to throw in the hot olive oil! I think I will plant some next spring.

Don't forget to use it to make infused oil, too. Love garlic on and in everything as well!
