Our house sits back from the road. I painted and stenciled terracotta pots, planted a few flowers (which I switch out seasonally). Now house number flower pots help first time guests find us. #itching4spring#outdoorprojects
Actually the more I think of this the better idea it is. We are asked to make our house numbers large so emergency vehicles can see them, especially at night, I think this would be a super idea, Maybe with reflective numbers or paint too! SheilaG, Plum DoodlesSharron WSherrie S have you read this? Maybe the Rosies would appreciate this?
Thanks, Sharron! What fun, what a supportive loving group of friends! It looks super overwhelming to an outsider with so many topics/comments but reading through a few, I was touched by your warm hearts and giving nature. <3
HI Roeshel...yep, I found HT to be very informative also. If you click on the "professional" tab, you will see there are so many to draw information from. Plus others like us who just do different things, and share and ... tada ...someone thinks it is a great idea! Very nurturing on here. And Miriam and crew are very quick to monitor and fix and help! So glad YOU are here too! OH, i checked out your blog, I hope hubs, er ..>>>.Hercules, did not get hurt!
Just love this post, have seen numbers on rocks but not on pots.....like this a lot since I love the garden and all.....thanks for sharing and a great job
Love this! I was thinking about getting a large rock and painting out street number on it. But I think I like this better. Thanks for sharing.
I am new here at HT too. I found it through Mary Beth @ Cupcakes and Crinoline. And so happy I did. Looks like a very fun and great community, with lots of friendly and helpful people, with so many inspiring ideas.
We are the Ramblin Rosie's...LOL
