Have some extra yarn hanging around. Round up some styrofoam balls and a wire wreath, and I'll show you how to do it.
If you're a knitter you're in luck when it comes to using up some leftover yarn. While this wreath isn't a quick project, I found it to be a relaxing one.
I found that using different yarns, using different yarns, with a variety of green colors and textures works best for adding interest to the wreath. Covering various sized Styrofoam balls with yarn was very easy. The red Christmas ornaments really add a pop of color and contrast.
you'll need a wire wreath and a hot glue gun. At the end I added some glittered eucalyptus branch for a little something extra.
There's not much more to the project that wrapping yarnwrapping yarn around the foam balls and gluing to the wire wreath. Very simple and very elegant.
