Dianne on Jan 22, 2015My husbands grandmother from Tennessee taught me to quilt many years ago..so glad she did! If you have curved edges, you need to use a bias binding. Either factory made or you can make your own. The bias binding will curve nicely and will stay flat and smooth. If you have square corners, you can cut strip binding and just mider it in the corners. Robyn Carpenter on Feb 19, 2015I too have found Missouri Quilt to "very" helpful. I enjoy learning from the one teacher. Thanks for suggestions. Have my binding down, now need to learn how to attach an adhesive back to an applique? Missouri quilt has a cute trick, I'm going to try that.Helpful Reply
