Painting kitchen cabinets
-
Larry Lou on Jan 23, 2015Our kitchen cabinets are in a 36 yr old mobile home. We lightly sanded the fronts, used "Gripper" primer 1st and let them dry 2-3 days, painted them, and let them dry another 2-3 days and then added one last coat of paint, we used latex paint. We let them dry for about a week then used polyethylene as a final coat. We also did this in our bathroom 5 yrs ago including the counter top and it's still in great condition and looks great. Good luck with yours, we and everyone that sees them just love 'um :)Helpful Reply
