Marion Nesbitt on Jan 26, 2015Why not just go to a paint/wallpaper business for advice on the type. Most vinyls are very sturdy so what is to lose. Try one of your choice. Sometimes there are part rolls on deep discount.Helpful Reply

Adrianne C on Jan 26, 2015I'd check to see if there may be a mill outlet close to you, that's where I found mine. I also installed it on a back splash and added clear plexiglass over it to protect it.Helpful Reply

Mary Barrett on Jan 26, 2015I have done this, twice. It works out very well, is quick and relatively easy to apply, and I've had no problems being able to keep it clean. The only reason I changed the paper out is I changed the color scheme of my kitchen. I got my paper at Menard's, but Lowe's carries it, too - any big box hardware store should have it. Country Design Home on Jan 27, 2015Hi Audrey! You can use pretty much any wallpaper, as long as it is scrubbable and washable. Another suggestion would be to try the paintable wallpaper you can buy at Home Depot or Lowes. Its a thick, foamy texture that is self-adhesive and is super easy to work with. The paper comes in styles that range from square decorative tiles to simple beadboard look. Just make sure you paint with good paint that is also washable.Helpful Reply
