Yardstick Christmas Tree
This is an easy Christmas re-purpose of a yardstick. More complete instructions are on my blog post.
I had my husband saw a yardstick into eight pieces, and drill holes in each piece to attach them with jute.
I sanded the edges, rounded the corners and stained the pieces. I also added a sparkle glaze. I used jute to join the yardstick pieces.
The metal snowflake on top is from a candle ring.
