Not sure what the white is on handle. Can you help.
Hopefully After
This is the handle I want to duplicate. The white doesn't look like paint. Maybe white wax? But I don't think so. What is it?
Before
Here is the handle I want to add the white filler to so it looks close as possible to the above one. These are on different pieces of furniture located in the same bedroom. Would appreciate some thoughts. hoping to get this done this weekend before Superbowl time.

Looks like paint but could be a rub on like Rub and Buff!?

@RJack difficult to tell from a pic. It could be a bit of a highlight spray/paint to the areas they wanted to accentuate. Or maybe they sprayed it white/silver then accentuated the highlights with black.

No black only white. Just can't tell what type of product it is. Rub & Buff I never heard of. I'll check that out. Anyone know if I use white wax does it get hard on metal?

Rub & Buff is amazing! I turned two brass bathroom light fixtures into silver about 4-5 years ago and they still look great. Left them in place and rubbed it on!!

@Cherie Where can you find Rub & Buff? I've never heard of it but want to try it on my brass lamps...great idea.

It also looks like Rub N Buff to me. It looks more like silver than white in the picture. If it's white. You can dry brush some white paint on yours and it will give it this look. If it is in deed silver, use Rub N Buff.

Carole - I believe I got it at either Home Depot or Walmart. It's been some years ago and the stuff is still good! It comes in about 10 different colors. Hope you can find it. I'll also do some checking for you.
