With just a few supplies, you can create create and customize this fun School Spirit Rag The options for color and fabric design are endless!
Start with a wire wreath form, any size of your choice. This wreath is 18 inches.
Gather your fabric and/or ribbon. (I used a combination of fabric and ribbon to get the exact color/design combo I was looking for).
Cut fabric or ribbon into strips (measurements in the actual post) and begin tying them in simple knots all the way around the inside rung of the wreath. Complete steps in the post.
Vary the designs on your fabric and ribbon to create interest and fun!
