Jewelry Chest Makeover

Easy
I gave a vintage jewelry chest a makeover for a gift. Jewelry and Marilyn are glamorous, so I combined them.
I found a curvy vintage jewelry chest at a flea market that was perfect to frame Marilyn's photos.
I sanded it lightly and spray painted the chest.
I chose the right photos from some of my Marilyn book collection.
I cut them to size to decoupage onto the drawer fronts and the sides of the chest.
I highlighted the wood trim with gold metal paint. Then replaced the handles.
I chose a facial close up for the front. And two other portraits to fit into the curvy sides.
