ABSENT but NOT DELIQUENT!

So - I posted here for the very first time back in December. I received so many kind comments from my coffee-table/bench - I was blown away and excited to post more....but then...the holidays hit and a grand IDEA formed. MY new years resolution was to take a very scary step in life and JUMP! So although I have been absent from posting - I have been far from delinquent in my projects. I decided to open a design store in my town and have put so many of the hometalk "posters" great ideas into practice- I started with a 1200 square foot store location that has not been occupied in 3 years. (except by mice) It had been a gun shop that looked more like a taxidermy. I can't wait to post the before and after photos- but I am still in progress so I will leave just a few.
I really just wanted to say thank you to everyone for their ideas - It's like having so many best friends supporting your efforts with their great ideas! I Will start my posts tomorrow with the use of MODERN MASTERS PAINTS - oh my goodness - if you have NOT tried this - wait to you see what it can do! ESPECIALLY with left over, dump directed, taxidermy/gun shop left overs!!! I PROMISE TOMORROW!!!

That sign came down on January 20th! and the next sign went up!

@Sherry I am so excited for you! What an amazing adventure you are taking. Wish I were younger, I might do the same! You are right about this site so many amazing ideas. A couple of members to check out are gypsybarn and petticoat junction. For garden ideas I would really recommend empress of dirt. So many others as well I just can't remember them all. Good luck and please do share your posts, I am looking forward to them.
