Looking for a quick and frugal Valentine's Day decoration? Look no further. With a few supplies that you likely have on hand, you can make this cute Valentine's banner in no time.
I love the look of brown kraft paper, and I decided I wanted to make the banner using that wonderful brown as the background. I soon found that lots of food packaging boxes that I'd been saving were the perfect color.
I cut some pennant shapes, found some vintage playing cards, and cut some heart shapes. I was almost done! (No alphabet cards? Why not print some out on white paper or cardstock using your favorite font?)
The final step was to punch some holes in the the corners of each piece and then string them on some twine.
