I wanted a coffee/beverage bar to fill an empty space wall. I went on my search for thrift store finds.
Found this desk at a thrift store,it was in fair shape with working drawers and key board tray.Hmmmm.
Also a great fine these cabinets. With a little sanding and paint my beverage bar is coming along.
Here are the cabinets, drying after sanding and wiping down.
This is the wall space that I was prepping in a mocha color for cabinets and desk.
Love how these thrift store items, including black board picture frame, candy jars, and coffee tray done on less than $70.00
Love how this key board tray pulls out for serving!
I wanted to utilize the bottom also. To make it stronger to hold weighted items, I added cut 2X3's to make the bottom more sturdy.
Picture frame coffee pot tray with handles.
Here is the finished product! We Love It. And now very functional part of our home.Let us know what you think!
