How can I clean a fan oven and microwave oven?

I read somewhere that you can leave bowls with some sort of solutions but not sure what they were, thank you.

    I use lemon or lime juice and water- 3 to 5 mins on high. leave the door closed for a few minutes , then just wipe

    I literally just use water in a mug. Allow to boil for 5 minutes and everything just wipes right off.

    I put a wet dish cloth in the microwave on hi for 2 min., let it set for a couple more, wipe the grime right off

    I mix half vinegar/water in a bowl and heat 3mins., let it steam the inside and then wipe.

    I would go with a mug of straight water and heat to a boil. LEAVE THE DOOR CLOSED for several minutes to let the steam soften any cooked on food or spills. Then wipe all inside surfaces down and VOILA. But if you are also needing to kill odors, then add some vinegar or lemon juice to the water before boiling.

    Use a microwaveable bowl or measuring cup, put white vinegar about 3/4 c and start with 45 second intervals let it sit in the microwave and the steam and vinegar will make the microwave smell better and you can just wipe off the grime inside.
