I love anything coastal and making coastal decor items for my home is something I enjoy. This deco mesh wreath fits right in. Making your own is a great way to get the look for less.
Making a deco mesh wreath is not difficult, but it does require using certain techniques. Using a wire form wreath and pipe cleaners is the best method I've found. Making one yourself is a budget friendly way to get the look.
Using star fish and sea shells to embellish the wreath is an easy way to make it feel like a day at the beach.
I made a simple burlap bow using stiff ribbon and added a star fish center. Both are hot glued in place.
Puffs of white mesh and strands of raffia finish off the look. For around $15.00, you can create a lovely deco mesh wreath. For details of how to make your own, please visit the link below.

If this coastal wreath doesn't inspire me, what will?
