Fruit flies in my office- Do I need to find the source?
My office has a ton of fruit flies. I'm not sure where they are coming from and how to get rid of the fruit flies. The garbage cans are all clean. We have some new plants in the office, but I don't see them specifically congregating near them. Is it enough to set up a bunch of traps or do I need to find the source?

How To Eliminate Fruit Flies For Good!
I do not have plants in my office, nor do we have any fruit or food left out. We took all the garbage cans outside, however, I still can't get rid of these gnats. I tried apple cider vinegar with 2 drops of dish soap in a solo cup and covered it with saran wrap. I poked holes in the saran wrap. So far I have about 20 gnats in the solo cup, but I can't find the root of the problem. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.

Clean everything. Put anything food related away. If you take any fruit in there wash it first. Every cup needs to be rinsed well. I would remove all plants from the office. They have great looking fake plants that would be water and bug free.

Take the plants out and change the soil, the eggs are in the soil, probably the top 1" of it. Clean the pots and use a vinegar rinse to kill any fungus, rinse with water. Wash the plants and get the dirt out of the roots. Repot with fresh dirt and do not reuse the soil, get rid of it.
Spray the top of soil with fly spray!
