90's Dresser Redo

A friend gave me her old dresser when she redid her boys' room. She had it since she was a teen. I knew that even though it was pressed wood, and needed some love, it still had a lot to offer.
Here's your typical old 90's dresser. It had a few flaws, including a less than perfect top, and some chipped wood dings on the side.
To update the look, I replaced the drawers with (underlayment) shelves.
You can see where it needed a little something extra here on the back side. I also added some 2x6's to give it strength and a place to add wheels.
Hop over to My Repurposed Life to get more details and tips on how to patch some of that ugly pressed wood.
