Country Design Home on Feb 23, 2015Hi Dawn- You certainly can spray paint them! If you are keeping the old brass trim in place to paint, make sure to mask off any areas you don't want to be painted. And make sure you scuff up the surface with some steel wool for good adhesion. As an alternative, Benjamin Moore makes metallic paint/glaze that you paint on with a brush-great for indoor painting! http://www.benjaminmoore.com/en-us/for-your-home/product-catalog?prod=Benjamin_Moore_Studio_Finishes#piSheen=621&tab=2 I have seen it used to repaint chandeliers and it is a beautiful finish.Helpful Reply
