Natural beauty

This piano had been sitting on an inside porch for years, I mean like 25+ years. We were going to paint it until we wiped a small spot and saw the beauty!
The 1st step took 8 guys to move this into our home. We did not realize it was a player piano. Talk about a bonus.
We took the doors off the front and saw the amazing parts (dirty parts) of the inside. You can see where we wiped a small area and found the most beautiful wood I had ever seen!
After 2 long days of hard work and elbow grease, this is my new baby in my recently remodeled kitchen & dining room. We just used Orange Glow wood cleaner....and that was it. No wax paste, no staining, no polishing creams, just Orange Glow cleaner. I hope you enjoy my pictures of my recent project.

Terri Guenthner on Mar 27, 2015Find a well known piano tuner and he can fix it for you. The problem with them being outside - offdah! It really, really ruins them inside. It makes me sick when I see a piano outside our in a garage.
